At WhisperRing, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–9 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
Gift cards.
Discounted or final-sale items.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, WhisperRing will cover the shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
